Seeking a visionary Chemical Packaging Executive to lead our company's packaging division. This pivotal role involves setting strategic goals, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth through innovative chemical packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster sustainable growth.

  • Oversee all aspects of packaging operations: production, quality assurance, logistics, and regulatory compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders: customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to senior managers and department heads, aligning efforts with company goals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to innovate packaging solutions and seize business opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven success in executive leadership within the chemical packaging industry.

  • Strong business acumen with expertise in packaging operations, technology trends, and market dynamics.

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance.
