We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and proactive maintenance practices.
Replace electrical components on machines, such as PLCs, drives, counters, etc.
Repair mechanical and hydraulic components on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the building, including structural repairs (e.g., windows, doors, walls).
Address plumbing issues promptly to prevent water damage and restore functionality of water fixtures.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring problems, ensuring safety and continuity of operations.
Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure effective climate control within the facility.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to mitigate potential future issues.
Identify and rectify safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform painting tasks as needed to maintain building aesthetics.
Manage inventory levels and input work orders using company software.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; experience with PLCs and drives preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems and their repair.
Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing and HVAC repairs.
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
